13BY28 offers one daily Moment: a prompt for reflection or a small action. It is not a medical, diagnostic or treatment service. You decide whether a prompt is suitable for you. Reading, marking, saving and sharing are optional; there are no missed-day penalties.

ShunayaVerse Inc. owns the app and its original content. You may use the app for personal purposes and share cards created by its sharing feature through messages or social media for personal, non-commercial use. This permission does not cover selling the cards or reusing other app content outside that feature. Third-party software and services remain subject to their own terms.
